    Description

I DO NOT ACCEPT OFFERS ON MY ITEMS. THIS INCLUDES ASKING ME FOR MY “BEST PRICE”.
COLLECTION: Fall 2016 "Armour of Peace"
MATERIAL: 100% Wool, but it's treated so the surface is really smooth and almost like polyester
    SIZE: Small
    MEASUREMENTS:
Chest (armpit to armpit across the front laid flat then doubled): 38"
Shoulders (straight across from seam to seam): About 16" to the top seam in the shoulder armor appliqué
Sleeve (from top at shoulder seam to cuff): 26"
Length from top to bottom: 29"
CONDITION: New without tags (I lived overseas for a year and removed the tags from everything because I was paranoid about customs, but the jacket was never worn)
DESCRIPTION: The design theme for the Fall 2016 Comme des Garcons Homme Plus collection was clothing that looked like a suit of armor. A lot of the jackets had cutout slits at the elbows and open cutouts at the armpits with round-shaped appliqués over the shoulders to give them the illusion that they were part of a suit of armor. Most of the jackets shown on the runway had panels of contrasting fabrics, and this jacket is the commercial version sold in stores (made in one solid color and not shown on the runway). The fabric is a treated wool that makes it feel like polyester. The color of the fabric is midnight blue, which looks almost black (in some of the photos the jacket looks black but it looks blue-black in person). The jacket has the elbow slit to give an angled shape to the bottom half of the sleeve, with the cutout at the armpit as well. The shoulder mini shield appliqués are the same color as the main jacket (so they are not contrasting). There are two flap pockets on the front and an 8" center slit vent in back. The tags were removed but it was never worn, so it's new without tags. The armor pieces from both the men's and women's collections were the finale showcase for the CdG exhibit at the MET in NYC.
    * Everything I list is from my personal collection, and I guarantee that all
items are authentic. All items are from a completely smoke-free environment.
    * I try to be as accurate as possible with the shipping costs based on the USPS website. If the
shipping costs are more than what you were charged then I always cover the difference. If the actual
shipping costs are less than what you paid I will refund the difference if it's or more.
    * The size, measurements, and condition are all listed above. If you require any further measurements
I am more than happy to provide them,
but do not ask me if this item will fit you because I don’t know
    . This
includes sending me your height and weight, or telling me you wear size X in another designer. I'm not psychic.
You are responsible for knowing your own measurements or measuring a comparable item of clothing you own.
    * I apologize that I don't have a mannequin form or a professional photo studio for photographing these items.
I do the best I can with my phone camera and my subpar photography skills. I try to include runway photos
whenever possible to show you the piece in a professionally-photographed setting. I do my best to describe details
and fabrics. I try to list items from the buyer's perspective, and include things that I would want to know if I were looking
at the item to buy it. I've been on eBay for 22 years and I have 100% positive feedback, so please be reassured that I'm
selling quality items that don't have any sort of defects or signs of wear unless it's stated in the listing (and I always mention
anything I notice, no matter how small). I want these pieces to go to good homes, and I try to be the best seller possible,
right down to carefully packaging items for mailing. I don't like it when a seller just throws something in a box either.
    Thanks for looking!!!
