Delta 70mm x 15mm CPU Fan 4 Pin PWM High Airflow 41 CFM Dual Ball AFC0712DB

Description

New Delta 70mm x 15mm 12V DC server grade PWM fan wth 2 ball bearings (model # AFC0712DB). Great replacement fan for 70mm CPU heatsinks.
Comes with a 4 pin connector pictured & cables measure about 8" long. Its speed can be controlled via PWM or by a fan controller or motherboard. It can run in silent mode at speeds as low as 1,400 RPM.
Can be plugged into & will work in a 3 pin motherboard fan header but in that case will not have PWM function. I also listed these in a lot of 5 at a discounted price.
Please note that even though this item is new it does not come in retail packaging. It was bought in bulk
(OEM packaging) in a box shown in last photo.
So it will be shipped to the buyer in OEM form. I posted the specs below for reference.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
The item will be shipped inside a well-packed bubble envelope or box
. I normally ship three times a week. The cost of shipping & handling with mandatory domestic tracking will be determined by location. I'm offering shipping via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (Express requires signature upon delivery). Once the item is shipped i cannot be responsible for its safety or damage or loss by USPS as well as postal delays unless insurance is purchased at a cost of .70.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship to most countries around the world. The cost of shipping & handling will be determined by location. I'm offering shipping via USPS 1st Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International & USPS Express Mail International. Items shipped via 1st Class Mail International usually arrive within 25 business days but on occasion can take longer than that (up to 40-45 business days). Items shipped via Priority & Express Mail International usually arrive within 10 & 5 business days respectively but can also take longer than that on occasion.  Please note that these delivery estimates do not include customs processing time which varies from country to country & could take up to 2-3 weeks. All customs fees and/or taxes collected in foreign countries are the responsibility of the buyer. International insurance are available for Priority & Express Mail only.
