There are literally dozens of videos on Youtube on how to change the o-ring if you need guidance. Don't forget to use some o-ring lubricant when you install the new o-ring.

Please don't settle for those flimsy and thin white PVC plastic wrenches that will crack and break on stubborn caps or become brittle in short time due to exposure to the sun and pool chemicals. My wrench is heavy duty and made from SOLID, 2 color, marine grad
e, 3/8" HDPE plastic (high density polyethylene polymer). You can easily remove even the most stubborn caps with ease. Also, all the outside edges of this wrench have been rounded over for a smooth, comfortable grip in your hand. The wrench socket openings are slightly oversized with a loose fit to easily slip over the cap on your chlorinator while the 4 openings on the wrench securely engage each lug on the lid with equal force so as not to damage your cap/lid in any way. My wrench is very durable and rigid while also being lightweight. It won't crack, delaminate, break, swell or become brittle over time like PVC wrenches. This is the last pool wrench you'll ever buy.
