Rare Harley Davidson PHD Service trained Technician recognition portfolio Patch

Description

Up for auction is a set of PHD Certification patches and portfolio pouch for Harley-Davidson Factory trained techs. These were given to Technicians when they reached a certain amount of in dealer experience and completed the necessary training. The patches were sewn on one time but carefully removed and could be sewn on another shirt or framed for display. These are all in good condition and were in a non-smoking home and shop when used.
