Our custom cover design
uses your measurements
for a custom fit. Please use the chart provided in the auction and email us or include the measures with your paypal payment.
The cover secures to the mast with a water-resistant Vislon YKK zipper and will close tight at the top with a D-ring and cordura strap set-up.  Twist
lock closures instead of a zipper is available. See upgrade pricing below.
It attaches to the boom with stainless steel snaps on the underside. Twist lock closures instead of snaps is available. See upgrade pricing below.
The entire cover is stitched with UV-resistant thread and sewn by our commercial, heavy-duty machines.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM MADE COVER
1.
Determine the color and size of your cover based on the length and select the correct auction. Don’t see what you want? Email me!
2.
Our covers are custom made one-at-a-time based on the dimensions you give us.
Email us the measures based on the chart in the auction.
3.
Determine any extras-twist lock closures, lazy jack openings, etc. and include that information in your email or paypal payment and we will invoice you separately through paypal for those modification.
4.
Shipping is usually within 5 days of
receiving your measurement information.
Please be aware that in creating custom covers, communication is important. If something doesn’t make sense or if we have a question we will contact you. These necessary communications may add a few days to the process as we work out specific details for your order with you. Please be patient and understand that we are doing everything we can to complete your cover quickly and most important, accurately!

MEASUREMENTS
Please use the measure chart provided in this auction and email them to us or include with your paypal payment
If you cannot measure your sail, please let us know. There are standard specs we can use to still create one for you.  We also accept patterns, drawings or old covers to use as a template.  If you have lazy jacks, we can work with those also. Buyer pays shipping charges to send any items.
UPGRADES/MODIFICATION PRICING
Twist lock upgrades on the mast are an extra and for the boom is an extra .  Lazy jack modifications are an extra .
Please email us or include a note with your Paypal payment if you wish to have either of these and we will send an invoice to you.
RETURN POLICY
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct measurements.  We use those exact figures to create your cover so please double check them.  If there is an alteration required because the measurement was inaccurate, the buyer pays all shipping charges for the alteration, however in most cases we will do the alteration at no charge as most are minor.  The alterations will be completed as soon as possible.
If the error was on our part, we will do alterations and pay basic shipping charges to correct it.
Please read all this information and email us if something is not clear. We cannot accept returns on most items because they are custom. We can only offer alterations.

We also do any other canvas work such as compass covers, tiller covers, railing covers, dodgers, biminis.  Drawings or original canvas items are especially handy for creating these items if you are not local. Buyer pays shipping.
