Beautiful!  Vintage 1950's American Character Hard to find Multi Jointed "Sweet Sue" Doll.  She is 18" Tall. We have had several Sweet Sues through the years and this girl is truly on of our prettiest.  Her face is beautiful!  Bright blue open and close eyes with all her lashes. Original up do style to her pretty golden brown saran rooted hair. Her original factory face paint is perfect.
Soft vinyl arms are jointed at shoulders and elbows, harder vinyl torso (Small split in seam between legs which is typical for this doll), Vinyl legs that when she "Walks" her head turns side to side, her legs are also jointed at the knees for maximum posing possibilities!
Sue is wearing a darling vintage blue calico print dress that matches her lovely blue eyes perfectly. Over this is a white pinafore with lace accent to match the dress.  She has on her original ivory satin shoes with blue center snaps.  She is marked Amer. Character Doll on back of her head.  Lovely condition!
