Vintage Bisque Porcelain French Steiner SDGD Paris Fire A15 Repro Doll Parts

Description

This doll head is from the estate of my grandmother who was a doll maker and collector. It is a fine quality vintage reproduction that has never been used and has been carefully stored for at least 20 years.  I am not a doll expert but I have done my best to research the item and pass on what I know.
This doll is a reproduction of a French-made Steiner marked SDGD Paris Fire A15.  The
swivel head is attached to a porcelain shoulder plate The painted intaglio eyes are a beautiful green surrounded with black eye lining, lashes, and brows. The face is beautifully painted with soft tinted cheeks and a sweet little cupid lips. There is a charming little dimple in her chin.
There is an "S" inscribed in the head under the other markings (probably added by the reproduction artist.)
